Our well-equipped studio has the latest range of software available for all your 2D and 3D modeling needs. By modeling all the components and assembling the product on-screen, the client benefits by seeing a glimpse of the 'future' and can plan accordingly. Projects may be as small as an animated 3D logo, or as complex as entire neighborhoods and fully-rendered buildings. Our source materials include maps, GIS documents, 2D CAD files and photographs.

Visual Impact Analysis
A visual landscape inventory accurately portrays sensitivity of alteration to areas impacted by proposed projects. We participate on multidisciplinary teams that prepare Environmental Impact

studies following CEQA and NEPA guidelines. 3D Visions builds 3D CAD models that reflect the natural terrain and conditions surrounding a given site. Working with our clients, we identify vantage points and views, analyze view corridors, provide perspective-corrected photographs and conduct time and day shadow analyses of proposed projects and alternatives.
