Our staff includes full and part-time employees, and occasionally subconsultants. We are professional planners, GIS (Geographic Information Systems) specialists and artists. We attended wonderful colleges and universities. Yet, our education didn't end with completion of our degrees. We stay at the leading edge of our profession by:

• participating in professional organizations;
• attending courses and seminars in software and professional practices;
• undertaking internal training (how-to sessions by senior staff, peer coaching, and tutorial software);
• conducting extensive research and development activities;
• documenting our procedures;
• reading technical, professional and industry publications;
• attending and participating in professional conferences and user groups
