3D Visions’ owner and principal, Ms. Gillespie has more than two decades of experience in urban and project planning, redevelopment, programming, and design. She has been a member of project teams for large-scale urban planning studies, redevelopment efforts, historic resource studies, and the design of public- and private-sector buildings.

Her background as an educator has been applied to the development of public workshops and information published on the web, CD-ROM and video. Her graphic work has been published by ArcUser, Government Matters, 3D Design Magazine, and Metropolis. Ms. Gillespie has volunteered thousands of hours of her time as a member and chair of public commissions, committees, and nonprofit boards.
