Marisol Wauters holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in design and development.  She is skilled in community outreach, data analysis, and graphic communications. Her planning interests include: sustainability planning, regional planning, walkability, and affordable housing.

Prior to working at 3D Visions, she worked with Global Green USA and completed research on green building measures in low income housing tax credit allocation plans for all fifty states. As part of her graduate program, she also interned with two Bay Area planning departments and focused on green building policy and transit oriented development.

Ms. Wauters became a LEED Accredited Professional in September 2008.
